Our Humble Beginnings
WEBEST SDN BHD was founded and established on 1994 by Mr Lim Seng Chong & Ms Lim Fee Ching as a general contracting and construction management firm. With hard work and perseverance, the company was involved in sub-contract projects as well as being the main contractor. Within this period, the company has gone through multiple business evolutions and is currently well known in the industry as a boutique developer. The company is well respected by industry players due to an impressive track record of business integrity and the capabilities to deliver on time.
It has been our pride to have delivered project within Peninsula Malaysia in the respected states like Selangor, Melaka and Pulau Pinang which ranges from residential projects of landed properties, gated communities, condominiums and service apartments. We have been involved in urbanization and bringing commercial projects into reality in the form of shop-offices, prestigious hotels, retail centers and many more.
As an affiliate with the National Development, it has opened the door for us to stand in the owner’s perspective and deliver a project which fulfills the requirements of today’s owner while being cost effective and efficient without compromising on the quality and marketability.

1995
Completion of our first residential project as a sub-contractor

Completion and delivered over 500 residential units as a sub-contractor

Completion of our first residential project as a main-contractor

Completion of our first commercial project for BABA’S Melaka as a Developer

Completion of a commercial hub at Taman Kenanga, Melaka
